Starting Weight: 205 lbs

Traci first came to Primal Conditioning after the encouragement from a co-worker. She walked in the door with zero history of exercise, but a laundry list of diets that she had tried over the years. In the past, Traci had success in loosing 20, 25 even 40 pounds only to feel miserable, tired, sluggish and gain it all back again.
The only way Traci knew how to reach her goals was to eat a measly 1,200 calories a day. She loves big portions, potatoes, convenience foods, and desserts, and she knew deep down that her yo-yo dieting and rebound periods of overeating the wrong types of food would ultimately not lead her to long term success.
Traci was uncomfortable with her body and would frequently take pain killers to reduce to discomfort associated with a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture and excess weight around the middle. She looked into her own future, by looking to her family healthy history. Seeing first hand how a life time of being sedentary and over consuming chemical-laden foods had caught up to family, she knew she could prevent that from happening to her by getting healthy and active before her weight took a toll on her metabolism, joints, and hormones, to name a few.
Traci has lost 25 pounds so far.… but this isn’t new – she’s lost 25 pounds multiple times before! In fact, since starting at Primal Conditioning, this is the longest its taken to drop those 25 pounds. However, Traci is healthier than ever:
- Her hormones are functioning perfectly
- She has the metabolism of someone 20 years younger
- She’s dropped multiple clothing sizes
- Has gained muscle tone
she has done this all in a sustainable way.
She will NEVER see a weight on the scale that starts with a “2”. She will NEVER have to yo-yo diet again. She will NOT gain back the 25 pounds and then some.
All because her nutrition plan allowed for the occasional splurge, was not restrictive what so ever, her workouts were challenging without being exhausting, and she kept the long term goal in mind.
Traci works a typical 9-5 office job, doesn’t do hours of cardio, eats plenty of nutritious food, and doesn’t have to give up her weekends or free time to get fit. We all have the same 24 hours! If you are smart about planning your workouts and nutrition, it can be as sustainable and enjoyable for you, as it has been for Traci.

Tell me about where you were physically and emotionally with your health before deciding to join?
What kind of results have you seen since starting your program at Primal Conditioning?
Excellent results! I’ve lost 20+ pounds so far and am stronger than I think I’ve ever been. I feel much better, physically and mentally, and I have more energy.
How would you describe your experience here at Primal Conditioning?
My experience has been one of the most positive in my life, I think. I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, exercise, and making healthier choices. I’ve truly enjoyed the whole process and have stuck with it longer than I have any other “diet” or exercise program that I’ve ever done before. Joining Primal Conditioning was one of the best and healthiest choices I’ve ever made for myself.
What would you say to someone else who was considering joining, or “on the fence” about joining our programs here at Primal Conditioning?
Do it! It’s time and money well spent. Everybody should take time to care for themselves in this way. We are worth it.

“Stephanie exposed me to interval training in a positive way, and after learning to maximize my workouts by eating right, my strength and fitness improved dramatically.&I know Stephanie enjoys working with clients with a range of experience levels and goals. “The three attributes do not cover the range of Stephanie’s skills. Her professionalism shows up in the quality of her training session’s that are tailored to my needs. She encourages me to work harder and better to build my fitness.
She is able to adjust to some of my elderly joints, like my wrists, knee and lower back with out diminishing the value of her training. She adds nutrition advice which has also been important for my well being.
The most amazing help she has been is for my lower back which was significantly inured over a year ago at a volleyball game I was photographing.I could barely stand up after the injury.
I tried acupuncture, professional occupational therapy and then an orthopedic specialist that took two MRI’s. During this period, Stephanie showed me a stretching exercise that has been the most successful help for my lower back.
After the final MRI’s were reviewed with the orthopedic doctor, his best advice was to continue the exercising and stretching that Stephanie was helping me with, and that the occupational therapist would not be helpful. My back had already told me that she was best support for my back. 🙂
