The first step to becoming a Primal Conditioning member is filling out an initial health consultation. This allows your trainer to begin to get to know you, your wants, needs and goals. Both in-person and online training memberships fill out the same form to get started. Your trainer will get back to you within 2-5 days of submitting your form.

Absolutely not! That is what Primal Conditioning is for! Each program is made for the individual and takes into account many health variables to get you into the shape you desire, no matter your starting point.
I have a bachelors in exercise science from Keene State College and a masters degree in performance enhancement and injury prevention. I have a lifetime certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Level 1 Crossfit certification.
2-4 times per week depending on your goals. Your trainer will work with you to customize your program.
Your balance, strength, agility, control, self confidence, and muscle tone will start improving immediately. There is no short cut to success, and sustainable weight loss requires commitment. Long term participants typically lose 15-40 lbs in their first 6 months.
Virtual calls and check-ins are available to all Primal Conditioning members. In-person appointments at the fitness studio are available to local clients.
A monthly plan will be decided upon by you and your trainer, so this answer will vary. Base pricing starts at $50 per private session with online training starting at $60 per month!
