Your Primal Conditioning Membership includes personalized fitness plans accessible on your tablet, cell phone, or smart watch. Track your progress, log your daily activities, and communicate with your trainer all from the app!
Your Fitness Concierge
Primal Conditioning will be your personal fitness and wellness concierge, giving you what you need, when you need it. The adaptability of online training ensures your program is always yours and fits specifically to your personal goals. Exercise at times and locations that fit your schedule, accessible from your computer, tablet, or phone.
Your Membership Includes:
New Workout Program Every 6-8 Weeks
- Your trainer will check in on your progress weekly and tweak your program to keep up with your results!
- Resistance training 2-4 times per week, additional cardio, mobility, outdoor activity, etc, as it's pertinent to your goals.
- Exact programs with complete workouts, exercise videos, detailed instructions, and the precise sets, weights, and reps for your body.
- Customized to your home gym equipment (even if you have none!) or a regular public gym.
- Personalized for your goals, physical limitations, preferences and more (after an initial consultation with your trainer and regular check-ins)
- Options to attend live one-on-one video workouts with your trainer, just like you were in the studio for a private personal training session.
- Connect your food log app or wearable activity tracker (if you already have them) to the app to get a whole picture of your health and fitness.

The first step to becoming a Primal Conditioning member is filling out an initial health consultation. This allows your trainer to begin to get to know you, your wants, needs and goals. Both in-person and online training memberships fill out the same form to get started. Your trainer will get back to you within 2-5 days of submitting your form.

Absolutely not! That is what Primal Conditioning is for! Each program is made for the individual and takes into account many health variables to get you into the shape you desire, no matter your starting point.
I have a bachelors in exercise science from Keene State College and a masters degree in performance enhancement and injury prevention. I have a lifetime certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Level 1 Crossfit certification.
2-4 times per week depending on your goals. Your trainer will work with you to customize your program.
Your balance, strength, agility, control, self confidence, and muscle tone will start improving immediately. There is no short cut to success, and sustainable weight loss requires commitment. Long term participants typically lose 15-40 lbs in their first 6 months.
Virtual calls and check-ins are available to all Primal Conditioning members. In-person appointments at the fitness studio are available to local clients.
A monthly plan will be decided upon by you and your trainer, so this answer will vary. Base pricing starts at $60 per private session with online training starting at $60 per month!
