Online Training has not been made available to the public yet because I have been testing and refining these programs with a group of 35 clients for an entire year!

The result is a customized program that you can do from the comfort of your own home, (or gym) knowing that you are doing the right things that are specific to your body and goals.

This is an online-only, customized fitness and nutrition program. You have access to everything you need, including support and communication from your trainer. You’ll never feel like you are doing this alone! 

Rather than paying $500 per month for an in-person private personal trainer – access to your program is just $39 per month! YOU choose the gym you workout at, or you can workout in the comfort of your own home!

How Often Will I Workout?

2-4 times per week depending on your goals. Your trainer will work with you to customize your program.

What Results Can I Expect From the Program?

Your balance, strength, agility, control, self confidence, and muscle tone will start improving immediately. There is no short cut to success, and sustainable weight loss requires commitment. Long term participants typically lose 15-40 lbs in their first 6 months.

How Much Does This Cost?

A flat $39 per month includes all of your workouts, adjustments, diet plan, and support (via email and messages) from your trainer

Do I Ever Get to Meet with My Trainer?

For local clients, free in personal consultations can be booked on the Sign Up page. Face-to-face time with a trainer can be helpful to go over your program in more detail. A-la-cart in-person training sessions are available as needed to all online clients wishing to check their form, boost motivation, and learn new routines.
